There are options when referring a patient:

Urgent/Emergent Referrals and Emergency Patient Transfer
If you would like to request an urgent evaluation, our office and ask to speak to Dr. Cotler or the Physician’s Assistant, please call 713-523-8884.

To transfer a patient who is already hospitalized, you may first call our office at 713-523-8884 to see if this can be arranged.

Elective Non-Urgent Referrals
To refer a patient for an elective office consultation, you  may contact the office location at the numbers listed above. The appointment can be scheduled with the assistance of one of the members of our office staff.
